Once your order arrives, you will have a 14 day trial period in which to test your fly traps. You should test different heights, locations and patiently allow the traps to work their magic.

If, for whatever reason, you decide you want to return your traps, you can simply email our support team (Support@theranchflytrap.com) for a no-questions-asked full refund once you ship them back to us.

Due to the outdoor nature of our products, we understand they may not be in perfect condition to return to be resold. Therefore, we sometimes donate your returned traps to animal charities that require lots of them through the warmer months. Our team will let you know the address to send them to.

Simply provide proof of postage, and we will process your full refund (Excluding shipping).

This depends on how strong your nose is! The bait of course needs to smell fairly foul in order for it to attract the flies away from your animals and their poop. In general, up close, the bait does smell foul but it shouldn't ever be too much of an issue when it's hung outside in an open space. 

We'd suggest getting barrels set up near the areas where you notice flies are always swarming. If you've never tried fly traps before a great place to start is our starter kit bundle. From here, you'll be able to see how amazing our traps are at catching flies in your infested area and if they fill up too fast, you know you could do with a few more on your property.

Animals do sometimes take an interest in our traps, especially if they can smell the bait! But don't worry, we made our bait totally non-toxic but we'd still always advise to set traps up out of reach of inquisitive noses!

Once we receive your order, we'll pick and pack your ordered items and we aim to deliver them to your door within 3-7 days. We'll provide tracking info every step of the way up until it arrives at your delivery address.
