Returns/Refunds

What is our returns policy?

If you have received the incorrect items or the items you have received are faulty, please email support@theranchflytrap.com to discuss further.

If you are not satisfied with any goods you have received, you can return them to us within 21 days (3 weeks) of receiving your order, providing they are in original, unused and resalable condition.

*If making a return, customers are required to pay for all shipping costs for the return. We often send returns to horse rescue facilities or animal rescues, so it's all for a good cause!

We own the right to refuse a return that was damaged by the user or a third party (wind, dogs, cats, rain etc)

The Ranch Fly Trap reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods do not meet our returning guidelines mentioned above.

Once returned you will be entitled to the refund depending on what you sent back, this WILL NOT include the cost of the return postage. We are not able to refund or exchange any items that appear to have been used, opened or not in original condition. 

Did you receive a faulty unit/wrong product? 

Please contact our customer support team at Support@TheRanchFlyTrap.com to start the return process. Please include the following:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Video or photo of the faulty product

  • Complete delivery address

*If 30 days or more has passed since you received your order, we may refuse a replacement request.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

After our payments team have successfully reviewed your return inquiry, the refund will show up in your account sometime in the next 5-10 business days.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we'll confirm once the modification has made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
